This program is unique to Studio W.I.S.E. and combines all the ingredients to help children learn and develop skills to cope with stress and anxiety
Unfortunately an increasing number of children are struggling with anxiety at a young age. In this program we not only move through the physical yoga poses, we focus on breathing techniques to help calm ourselves. Each week we cover a TOPIC or INTENTION to explore together. Some of these include worry, stress, kindness and caring.
What could be more wonderful then more children practicing kindness at school and home to help create more peaceful moments and to equip our children with the skills to be resilient adults.
